We're wrapping up another busy night here at Day and Night Dental. While we're shutting down for the night, me and the staff have been recapping this week day by day. What we all can agree on is that its such a pleasure meeting so many new and interesting patients every night. Thanks to you all. It's my personal goal to make this dental office a second home for my staff and patients. When you let a guest into your home, what do you normally do? Offer a glass of water, something to eat ... ask them how they've been? That's the philosophy of Day and Night Dental. My office is your home; stop by anytime if you need anything. You will always be treated as family. Have a great night, RN

What an inspiring post, Dr. Ross! As a colleague who also keeps my doors open 24/7, I understand how much this availability transforms the patient experience. Last week, while on night shift at my office in Curitiba, I received a desperate mother: her 8-year-old son had fractured a permanent incisor while playing soccer at 10 p.m. In less than an hour, we were able to replace the fragment, control the pain, and prevent the tooth from losing vitality — something that would not have been possible if I only worked during business hours. Seeing our patients leave relieved and smiling, even in the middle of the night, reinforces our mission of treating each person like family. Congratulations on making care accessible at any time; this creates real trust and loyalty among those who need us most.

“This is such a nice message! It’s great to see how much you value your patients — that kind of genuine care really makes a difference. At Valencia Dental Care, we feel the same way; when patients feel comfortable and cared for, every visit becomes a lot easier. Thanks for sharing this reminder about how important kindness is in dentistry.

It’s wonderful to see a practice take the time to thank their patients so genuinely. Building trust and showing appreciation like this helps make a dental office feel more like a caring community, not just a place for check-ups. I especially appreciate how you recognize that patient relationships are key to long-term oral health . It shows you value preventive care, not just treatment.
