Stay at home and follow the rules!&nbsp; It is essential that this virus is contained and that its spread is limited!&nbsp; We all need to do our part and need listen to healthcare and government officials.&nbsp; Avoid large crowds, maintain social distance and adhere to proper hygiene (wash hands frequently and DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE).<br /><br />2) At the moment,<strong> all elective dental care is prohibited in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.&nbsp; That means no routine check-ups, cleanings, etc...&nbsp; </strong>This means we all need to do our best at continuing and IMPROVING our dental home care.&nbsp; Brush three times a day and please floss before bed!!!<br /><br /><strong><em><u><font color="#5040ae">But UNFORTUNATELY</font></u></em></strong><br /><br /><strong><font color="#c23b3b"><em>The rate of dental cavities and dental emergencies will inevitably increase due to:<br /><br />a) The lack of routine dental care<br />b) An increase in consumption of processed foods (packed with sugar).</em></font></strong><br /><br /><font color="#24678d">That's all the more reason to keep brushing three times&nbsp; a day and floss!<br /><br />3)&nbsp; Shops might be out of toilet paper and hand sanitizer, but there's no shortage of toothpaste, floss and toothbrushes!</font><br /><br /><u><strong><font color="#24678d" size="4">4)&nbsp; A trip to the museum is no different.&nbsp; I spotted this at the Penn Museum:      Its the skull and helmet of a young man as he was excavated from his tomb, flattened by the earth above.&nbsp; The skull is over 4,500 years old and was found in the ancient city of Ur in Mesopotamia.&nbsp; These normally appear with children who are just losing their baby teeth and getting their adult teeth.&nbsp; Generally they go away on their own.
